Background
Ms. Szczur was employed for over 25 years at NASA and 9 years at the
National Institutes of Health in management and senior executive leadership of
complex information systems and technology programs. During her tenure, she
was the recipient of over 40 awards, including two NASA Space Act Awards, a
NASA Software of the Year Award, the NASA Exceptional Engineering
Achievement Medal and a NIH Directors Award; and she authored/co-authored
over 50 professional papers. She has a MS in Information Systems Technology
and a BS in Mathematics. She has a certification from Georgetown University in
Leadership Coaching and is a certified MBTI® Trainer.
